Business Development Specialist

Tara joined Americase in 2021, beginning her career with the company as an assistant to the leadership team before progressing into roles of increasing responsibility, including Sales Support Specialist. Today, she serves as Business Development Specialist, where she supports the Senior Sales team while managing legacy customer relationships—particularly within the Oxygen Transportation and Contract Manufacturing divisions.

In this hybrid role, Tara acts as a direct point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and with a high level of personal attention. With comprehensive knowledge across Americase’s divisions and capabilities, she helps translate customer needs into actionable solutions—strengthening collaboration between Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless execution.

Tara believes that every client interaction should reflect Americase’s commitment to responsiveness, precision, and partnership. Whether engaging through website chat or direct communication, she prioritizes clarity, accountability, and follow-through to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Prior to joining Americase, Tara built a strong foundation in customer service and relationship management through roles in medical reception, call center operations, and automotive sales. These experiences sharpened her administrative discipline, communication skills, and consultative approach—qualities she now leverages to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the organization.

Through proactive engagement and cross-functional coordination, Tara plays an important role in reinforcing Americase’s mission of delivering protection without compromise.
