With more than 23 years of leadership experience in the medical software sector, Michael brings a proven track record of scaling organizations, building high-performing sales teams, and driving sustainable business growth.

Throughout his career, Michael has specialized in accelerating early-stage companies into industry leaders through disciplined execution, strategic positioning, and relationship-driven sales leadership. He began his career in operational and sales roles, developing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, go-to-market strategy, and scalable sales infrastructure. His ability to align vision with execution propelled him into executive leadership, where he most notably led Exscribe for more than a decade as Vice President of Business Development & Sales.

Under his leadership, Exscribe evolved from a promising start-up into a recognized industry competitor, culminating in its successful acquisition by Modernizing Medicine (ModMed). Michael played a key role in positioning the company for acquisition, strengthening its market presence, and contributing to its long-term growth trajectory.
