Business Development Manager

Steve has been a valued member of the Americase team for more than 14 years, serving as the company’s subject matter expert in aerospace and defense container solutions. He works closely with OEMs, MROs, and defense organizations to deliver custom-engineered protective containers designed to safeguard high-value, mission-critical assets throughout transport, storage, and deployment.

Steve brings a disciplined, consultative approach to business development—identifying opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and guiding clients through complex technical requirements. His focus on relationship-driven growth ensures customers receive not only a superior product, but also a knowledgeable partner who understands the operational demands of aerospace and defense environments.

Prior to joining Americase, Steve served as an Account Manager for ADT/Tyco Security, where he developed and secured large commercial accounts by providing comprehensive security consultations and tailored alarm and surveillance solutions. His earlier service as a United States Marine during Desert Storm further shaped his leadership style, instilling resilience, accountability, and a deep appreciation for trust—qualities that continue to define his approach to client partnerships today.

Through strategic insight, industry expertise, and a commitment to performance, Steve plays a critical role in advancing Americase’s reputation as a trusted provider of aerospace and defense protective solutions.
