Joel serves as Director of Data Centers & Sustainability at Americase, where he leads the development of end-to-end solutions that mitigate hazardous material risk while advancing operational efficiency and sustainability objectives. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Joel applies structured, data-driven methodologies to help clients reduce complexity, strengthen compliance, and improve total cost of ownership—leveraging Americase’s engineered protective solutions as the foundation for measurable performance gains.
With extensive experience supporting global brands including Amazon Web Services, Meta, Formula 1, and Coca-Cola, Joel has led cross-functional initiatives to modernize and optimize dangerous goods transportation systems. Across more than 180 process improvement projects, his leadership has generated over $960 million in documented client savings—demonstrating the tangible impact of disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
At Americase, Joel integrates sustainability strategy with operational performance, helping data center operators and other high-growth industries align safety, compliance, sustainability priorities, and efficiency goals without compromise.
Joel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from University of Houston.
