Raymond James serves as Principal Engineer at Fulcrum Testing, the validation and pre-compliance laboratory within the Americase family of brands. In his role, he designs and conducts rigorous destructive testing programs to verify that packaging solutions meet customer specifications and satisfy U.S. and international dangerous goods transportation regulations.

Acting as an authorized agent of Americase, Raymond ensures packaging systems comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and United Nations (UN) standards governing the shipment of hazardous materials. His expertise spans regulatory interpretation, test method development, and performance validation—providing customers with data-driven confidence that their packaging solutions meet the highest safety and compliance benchmarks.

Raymond joined the Americase organization in 2018 as a part-time Test Technician while completing his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon earning his degree, he advanced to Senior Engineer at Fulcrum Testing and has since completed his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. In addition to leading advanced test programs, Raymond supports Americase engineering initiatives to ensure packaging designs align with 49 CFR and other U.S. and UN DOT regulatory requirements.
