Mike Rothwell serves as Chief Financial Officer at Americase, providing strategic financial leadership to support the company’s continued growth, operational excellence, and long-term stability. Since joining the organization in 2014, he has overseen all financial, accounting, and human resource functions, strengthened internal controls, and helped guide policy development that supports scalable, sustainable performance across the enterprise.
With more than 25 years of experience in progressive accounting and financial leadership roles, Mike has served as Finance Manager, Business Manager, and Treasurer within both corporate and nonprofit environments. Throughout his career, he has directed multimillion-dollar operations, partnered closely with executive leadership teams to report and interpret financial performance, and ensured disciplined budget management across complex initiatives and projects.
At Americase, Mike plays a critical role in aligning financial strategy with operational priorities—supporting innovation, capital investment, and responsible growth while maintaining rigorous financial stewardship.
Mike’s passion for finance began early, inspired by watching his mother serve as her church’s treasurer, carefully managing funds and ensuring accountability each week. That early exposure to integrity in financial stewardship sparked a lifelong commitment to the discipline of accounting—one that continues to guide his leadership today.
